At Chil-D-Care (childcareinsights.com) we process only the data strictly necessary for providing the cold chain monitoring service. We collect:

  • Form data: name, email, phone, and company when you request a demo or register.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and interaction events on the platform.
  • Software usage data: sensor configurations, generated alerts, downloaded reports, and fleet metrics.

2. Purpose of Processing

We use your data to:

  • Manage your account and provide access to the SaaS platform.
  • Send technical alerts and operational notifications about the cold chain.
  • Generate requested temperature reports and fleet analytics.
  • Improve our machine learning algorithms and the accuracy of predictive alerts.
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations in Argentina (SENASA, HACCP).

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use technical cookies to maintain an active session and analytical cookies (Google Analytics) to understand site usage. You can manage your preferences from your browser settings. We do not use behavioral advertising cookies or non-essential third-party cookies.

4. Storage and Security

Data is stored on servers located in Argentina with encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). We retain your account data while it is active. Sensor data and reports are retained for 24 months for auditing and predictive model improvement purposes.

We share data only with essential processors: hosting provider (AWS), transactional email service (SendGrid), and analytics platform (Google). We do not sell personal data or transfer it to third parties for purposes unrelated to the service.

Chil-D-Care does not make misleading claims, use false urgency, present fictitious testimonials, or suggest official affiliation with government or regulatory entities without substantiation. All information regarding predictive alert performance (92% accuracy) is supported by documented field tests in the Buenos Aires–Córdoba corridor.
