Chil-D-Care is a SaaS platform for thermal monitoring of the cold chain in B2B distribution of perishable goods. The service includes real-time temperature reports, thermal breach alerts, and analytics for transport fleets. It does not constitute a quality control system nor replace mandatory physical inspections.
The client is responsible for maintaining IoT sensor connectivity, the accuracy of route configuration data, and the correct installation of devices in vehicles and warehouses. Chil-D-Care is not liable for incorrect data resulting from poor installation or lack of equipment maintenance.
The platform provides alerts and reports based on technical data. Chil-D-Care does not guarantee that predictive alerts will prevent cargo loss nor assumes responsibility for indirect damages, loss of income, or operational costs arising from the use of the software. The client must implement their own contingency procedures.
Data generated by the client (temperatures, routes, alerts) is their property. Chil-D-Care uses aggregated and anonymized data to improve predictive models. Use of the software for purposes other than logistics monitoring, including the resale of data without express authorization, is prohibited.
The service is provided on a monthly or annual basis according to the contracted plan. Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice. In the event of a serious breach (fraudulent use, security violation), Chil-D-Care may suspend the service immediately without the right to a refund.
Chil-D-Care reserves the right to modify these terms with 15 days' prior notice via email. Continued use of the service after the update implies acceptance of the new terms.
